I love that they sell spare parts for their headphones—at least for the models I use—and the build quality of head phones are exceptional. I'm long time user of Bayerdynamic products. Their headphones last for years, even under very heavy use. I’ve only had to use the warranty once, and even then, the customer service was fast and they shipped a replacement unit immediately. I truly don't see any reason to use any other manufacturer.

As a longtime user of BD wired headphones (T1 and T51p) I never opted for Bluetooth headphones. In the days when I bought my BD models, BT headphones were sound quality wise fa inferior to wired ones. But as time progresses technology improved dramatically. So when I was ready to make that leap the choice was easy. And as expected the Aventho 300 does not disappoint. Love it!

Difficult navigation, good as new B-stock
The site is a little difficult to navigate and I think I got to the B-stock section by chance. The product I did get is amazing and doesn't seem to have any damage and felt just like new, even though it was B-stock.

My new DT 70 IE is, as expected, a good product. Finally I have some in-ear headphones with good quality to use with several devices including iPads. Sound is clean and precise, without any notorious excess in the frequency range. The order and delivery were ok and I believe it was due to Beyerdynamic’s intervention or reputation that DHL accelerated over an initial failure of their part in the scheduled delivery. All in all, Beyerdynamic is for me a reliable company with good products (I have other cans from them, too).
