Spare parts even 20 years later !
Got my headphone since 20 years, ear pads and foam were dead. Happy to find brand new replacement parts which helps me to keep my DT990 as it was a gift from my mother. Either economical and ecological. A good point for Beyerdynamic.

Shipping time could maybe be shorter. But I’m very happy of my purchase.
The plastic Black bag for the headphone is really low grade. If I have to put the headphone in my backpack or Luggage I would like something much more protective for such a lovely product. Or I’ll be happy to pay 15€ extra for a semirigid molded case

Website name difficult to guess
The only problems are that the web site name is difficult to guess (I needed to check an old e-mail about an earlier order) and that there is no link from the obvious beyerdynamic.de (where you ca only place an order if it goes to Germany or Austria) tk the correct address for EU orders.

Since placing my order I have received no update about my order to let me know if it has been sent. I am unable to check the status of my order as the website reads an internal server error. When I placed my order, it read that it would be shipped the next day, I don't know anything about my order other than I placed one and paid for my items and I received a receipt in my email.

DT900 PRO X
The dt900 pro X are a fantastic feeling and sounding pair of headphones. I was expecting having to get used to wearing a new pair right out of the box, but these just sit like a glove immediately. The sound feels muchv richer and clearer than my old dt770's. I like the detachable cable which the older models were notoriously missing, however the cable feels flimsy and cheap. I would have hoped for a higher quality braided cable.

tho i'd like to suggest to add the cable holder like top bit for the headphone arch as you only have the slider kit for the earcups yet nothing for the bit that broke. And make it out of metal or a better plastic it broke the minute i removed the hex screws
If you do, then please make it easier to find i went to ebay of all things to find a replacement so i can have this arch as a backup
