Very good service from this vendor - site was easy to search and use. My order arrived with a processing error (frame size mismatch) but after advising Luis of the issue a corrected replacement was dispatched. Only complaint would be the speed of response was somewhat slow but I will also mention that this occurred during the Easter season and may simply have been due to people not being available during that time. Perhaps an auto-responder that notifies customers that there will be a delay in response for this sort of occasion would be helpful to set expectations appropriately. Product quality and speed of order processing are both very good. I would recommend this vendor other people.

I bought a caramic cross of caravaca, because I have been there as a pilgrim, and I now have a long lasting memory. The cross is lovely coloured and not to big. The price was really acceptable but the shipping cost from spain to germany were 15€. The cross was very good and save packed in the parcel and arrived in best condition. I ordered a set of house numbers with an ironwork setting The quality of the ceramic numbers was great and it looks sturdy for outside use. I've recommended this shop to others. This was not my first order. Tile were exactly as ordered and packing was secure. I ordered the tiles on October 21 and they were in about two weeks.

Het zag er prachtig uit en was goed verpakt. Er zat alleen wat ruimte tussen de tegeltjes waardoor het wat "wankelig" overkwam.
