I've talked with the Enzo Bulgaria team, about an order that should've been here untill Friday 17.10.2025, they told me that it will be here for sure, I wanted to know that Information, because it was a present for my mother's birthday, and especially for her 60th anniversary. They assured me, that the order will be here on time, but here it is, it's already late 4 days and my mother's birthday went without a present. The interesting was, that I've chosen Enzo Bulgaria for this product, only because they told me, that it will be here on time, that was my decision taking thing. There was a product in Bulgaria, that could arrive on time on 100%, but it wasn't the same quality.

I wanted to cancel order ,send card number and still any aswer.To contact with someone is very difficalt to find.Nobody says on site that dilivery will be from Poland.

Very good service and products.
