Dear Sir, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. It is never our intention to cause frustration, and we sincerely apologise if our response time or follow-up communication was slower than it should have been. At Optics Trade, we always strive to keep our promises and provide clear, timely updates to every customer. Your feedback highlights that we did not achieve that standard in this case, and we are already reviewing our communication process to ensure faster and more consistent replies in the future. If there’s still an unresolved issue or open question, we would be very grateful for the chance to make it right. You can contact us directly at [info@optics-trade.eu ], and we’ll prioritise your request right away. Thank you again for your honesty — it helps us improve and deliver the level of service our customers deserve. Kind regards, Optics Trade Team
