good delivery but a problem whith the product itself, becareful with the beach towl , after the first wash the red colour stripes ran on the white stripes, it looks like light pink white now and for a boy its not what I wanted really. Disappointed but the poncho blue and white is perfect.

Dear Swim Essentials Customer Service, I recently purchased the Multicolour Jungle Swim Nappy, and I would like to request a prepaid return label. When I received the product, I was surprised to discover that it has snap fasteners on both the inside and the outside of the swim nappy. This detail is particularly important, as the inner snaps are in direct contact with a baby’s delicate skin. Neither the product description nor the photos made this feature clear. There are no images of the inside of the swim nappy, where this design choice is visible. On the product photos, I assumed the small yellow dots on the outside were simply part of the printed pattern (they looked like little suns), not snap fasteners. Furthermore, the item I received has white snaps rather than the yellow ones shown in the pictures, making it even less representative of the advertised product. Had this feature been clearly disclosed, I would not have purchased this swim nappy. I understand that your return policy states that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. However, in this case, I believe the product presentation is incomplete and misleading, and the item I received also differs from the photos shown on your website. For these reasons, I kindly ask that you provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover the return shipping costs. I look forward to your reply and hope we can resolve this matter quickly. We try to lead a sustainable lifestyle in all aspects of life - when plastic cannot be avoided, we go for the least bad option. This seems to be swimmingessentials. Additionally, the design is good and the swim Ring does not leak air (so far). Happy as customers!

My son is a big Bluey fan and we bought few swim essentials/Bluey collab, everything is good quality and was shipped very fast. Customer service is fantastic, they went above and beyond to help me.

Product fine. Delivery misleading. Took a lot longer than was shown on the website and not obvious you then have to pay import duty. Get it from John Lewis instead and it would have been next day . I now can’t order the cover that was out of stock becasue o would then need to pay the duty.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. We used the pool on the very first day it was delivered, and it started gradually losing air within just a few hours. We tested it multiple times and the same issue occurred every time. I contacted customer service immediately, sent photos showing the pool before and after it lost air, and even provided videos demonstrating the problem. Despite this evidence, my request for a replacement was refused simply because there was no visible hole or damage. A slow air leak caused by a manufacturing defect does not always leave a visible puncture, especially on a brand-new inflatable product. Instead of properly investigating the issue or offering a replacement, my claim was rejected. It’s a shame because my son absolutely loved the pool, but the after-sales support has been very disappointing. I expected much better customer service for a defective product.

Die Lieferung hat länger gedauert als angegeben und die Sonnencremes waren beide am Deckel komplett zerbrochen. Der Pool hält aber bisher was er verspricht und sieht sehr gut aus!

I bought a pool on the understanding that it came with pump and steps but no. I bought something I couldn’t use. Should have been clearer!

Schönes Design vom Baby-Planschbecken, das kam aber mit Loch im unteren Ring an, sodass die Lift immer rausgeht. Preislich super, könnte aber qualitativ einen Tick besser sein.

Perfect. My son love his new swimming pool. AlSo his boat. The swimming pant is perfect, he will keep it for years. Wonderful brand !!

No proper instructions on how to install.

1. The pool arrived already patched, even though it was sold as a brand-new product. Very disappointing, and there was no prior notice about this issue. 2. Poor transparency. We expected a new pool, not one that had already been repaired. We are still waiting for a satisfactory resolution from customer support.

De nazorg service is zeer goed, maar de producten zijn niet van goede kwaliteit. 1 jaar na bestelling nog steeds niet het juiste afdekzeil ontvangen. Nu moeten we nog een jaar wachten, want afdekzeil komt niet meer op voorraad. Dit wil zeggen dat wij 2 jaar moeten wachten op een slecht dekzeil. Het denkzeil dat we nu hebben valt altijd af....
