Usually excellent, but let down by poor packing this time
Usually an excellent retailer, but on this occasion, the batch of vinyl records I bought were poorly packed (in a record carton, rattling around inside a much larger cardboard box with no padding). Several of the LPs arrived with damaged corners there's no point returning them (because I'll need to pay for the transport costs). It's a shame because all previous orders were well packaged. In future I'll think twice about ordering, especially because it's the only retailer I know of that expects customers to pay for returning unsuitable/damaged items.
