Die Platten waren wie beschrieben. Nur leider waren sie nicht gut genug verpackt, so dass zwei Plattencover oben durchstossen waren (bei eingeschweisster Neuware schwer zu verhindern, aber es war auch eine secondhand-Platte dabei und da ist es leicht, die Platte zum Transport aus dem Cover heraus zu nehmen.

It’s a shame and not professional. I bought a vinyl more than 9 months ago and they waited all these time to told me that he is not available. When I bought this release from 90’s tapes, it was just already new and I’m sure that I’m always in the first to ordered it. Now if I want it I need to pay twice ! Only response that they gave me is a shortage but it is impossible because like I said, I was in the first to ordered it and at this time it was available. Very angry and very poor service from them. They only give me a small voucher code of 10€ ?? Wow I am very happy after bought more than 1000€ of vinyls. Really HHV ?? And last, they must do something for us bonus coins. A system that recognizes the buyer and save and accumulate all the bonus coins we rewarded. Like that we won’t loose anything and it is most fair. Usually I am always happy with HHV but this time I am very angry because I’m sure that they took my vinyl on my order in waiting since 9 month and sell or give to another. When someone paid for, you must take it away from your regular stock and reserve. It is just a respect.

My order was stuck in Frankfurt for several days. I conversed with the FedEx chat box and asked why my order was delayed and the response was that my order would be delivered on time. I responded that we were past the committed delivery date. It asked my to reword my question. I asked why my order was delayed. It repeated that my order would be delivered on time. I gave up.

Refund policy

If you don’t have in stock anymore a item i ordered, it could be fair asking if i want to modify my order and let me choose even to cancel it before the delivery. I ordered two items to save on shipping costs and had a refund for the one i was more interested in. At least give the customer the opportunity to add another record before the delivery…

Where is the old glory?

More often than not, records arrive damaged. I have lost items that went out of stock like that, ended up with imperfect condition ones. Customer support is relatively slow. When I first became a customer of HHV, I rarely had issues like this. But now it seems like the good old days are gone.

Such a disapointment when it comes to RSD Orders

Every Record Store Day they do the Servers are crashing down. This year i was happy enough to get Larry Lovesteins You and they really send me an order confirmation, a payment confirmation 2 Hours later and accepted all of this just to cancel everyones orders next evening.

Poor customer service

Delivery delayed by shipping company, it wasn’t HHV’s fault. But after contacting HHV customer service, for them to make claim towards shipping company, they didn’t want to do anything about it. Very poor and rude service from customer service. Not recommended.

I have now had two orders that are poorly packaged and subsequent seam splits. I have emailed asking for records to be shipped out of the sleeves but no response. First time they offered me a 10 % discount on my next purchase. Poor. Sort the packaging out.

Still not able to pick up my parcel because of a missing number. Pick up code. So please. Help provide me with the code so I can open the lockers. Also, the service team is rude. Never buying here anymore. Give me my money back or arrange the code!!!

My order is send back, cause DHL don't find the delivery address?!! HHV received the package back and tells me that 2 items are not in stock anymore??? This is not the way to threat (fix) customers. I will order to other shops now....

Very slow order fulfillment and poor customer service

Items available, order placed on 26th April. On 6th May my items are still in Germany waiting for shipping. I sent 2 emails asking for a change of shipping service to accelerate the whole process, but no one has replied. Never more

Box looked damaged or opened.

The box looked open or like it was damaged during the shipping process at least it was retaped. Everything was still inside, the CD's weren't damaged but some of the posters look like they might have been bent / creased.

Bad attention

I tried to contact many times and got no response. the shipping price for discogs is 80 euros and on its page 160. I know that shipping for less than 10 kilos is worth 70/80 euros in Germany. a fraud.. regrettable

Sorry about that. It should not happen that there is an incongruency in our shipping prices that we offer. It might be that Discogs prices were not changed accordingly but the prices of 149,99 € are stated on our Website.

The day when I 've placed my order, there have been 3 copies of the ordered article available ... I 've ordered 1 copie. Now 10 days later I 've got the message "item sold out"!

Bad Quality Check and/or Shipping Packaging

More often than not, items arrive damaged and not in mint condition. Either they are bad at quality checks, or items get damaged during transport - they need to package better.
