Returns from the US cost $100 to ship back

Shipping companies have their own international rate lists for shipments. These are determined by the destination country, not the sender. Not sustainable. I ordered a coat after i placed my order i got a discount code. The coats are very expensive so a 10% discount was very welcome. When the coat came in i wanted to keep it and i asked if the discount could be applied. Answer was no because thats policy. I returned the coat andni have to reorder it again with the discount. Not sustainable. As in when they would just apply the discount, everything was fine

I had to return a jacket that was too big and had to pay $101 to return to the Netherlands. I had no idea it would cost that much to return an item. Ridiculous!
