I ordered a number of bottles. Two of them turned out to be broken upon delivery due to very poor packaging, it would seem. I filed a complaint, asking to have the two bottles sent to me. I was only offered a refund. I am used to better service from most other webshops, that I do business with. They would have re-sent me, what I had ordered, instantly.

The website didnt tell which of the addresses was the delivery address and which one was the invoice address, which caused me to mix up the recipient and the sender. Writing topdrinks on mail didnt help as they couldnt change it for me. Bad customer experience

Unprofessional to the extend of been cheaters. If stop ignoring me and you don't refund my money I will suggest that you try and become honest and don't cheat your costumers.

The website promised a present/gift with the bottles, but there wasnt anything at all when i got my order. False advertising is illegal i Denmark but not in Holland apparently

I still can’t believe I have discovered this shop only now. Have ordered 10 bottles of single malt right away (successfully received). I was not able to find anything with these price tags (even close) in Denmark. Delivery was very fast as well (from NL to DK). Recommend. The only thing that worried me was the packaging, the bottles arrived safe but were too loose in the box (just carton separators and plastic foam).

All good. Only reason they don’t get 5 stars is the fact that they say you can track your delivery, but you can’t. I just said “completed” under my order. So I crossed my fingers and all was good. Arrived in under 7 days.

Great selection of many really fine whiskys with good information, fun facts, forfilling description on every single distillery and item, reasonable prices and very fast delivery ! So whats not to like 😁

Ordered 7 bottles (to Denmark) right at the start of Easter and still got the order delivered in less than 10 days! All bottles arrived well packed and intact - will order again in the future
