Ordered Windows 10 license, it arrived quickly via email, but qould not activate on my laptop. On checking with Microsoft they say it is not a retail license. I have queried this with software-fair but so far have had no reply.
In the past I have never had a problem with this company, but on this occassion Microsoft have told me that the license is not valid, and it does not activate.
