Mesh top heeft geen steentjes aan linker smalle mouw manchet. Hier 2x via aanbevolen telefoonnummer bericht hierover ingesproken. Tot op heden geen reactie. Maat was goed dus kaartje eraf gehaald. Toen ik top aanhad viel mij deze afwerking fout op. Mt 38 was nog voorradig. Mijn verzoek was top om te ruilen. Straks is ook mijn retourtermijn voorbij.

Beste Annelies, Het spijt ons te horen dat het item niet volledig naar wens was. Zoals eerder met je besproken, hebben wij het volledige bedrag teruggestort nadat het item in goede orde bij ons is ontvangen. Hoewel wij normaal gesproken geen retouren accepteren wanneer het kaartje al is verwijderd, hebben wij in dit geval een uitzondering gemaakt vanwege de missende steentjes. Mocht je verder nog vragen hebben of ergens hulp bij nodig hebben, aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen. We kijken ernaar uit je in de toekomst opnieuw van dienst te zijn.
