Beste Liesbeth, Hartelijk dank voor je review. Je bestelling is op zaterdag geplaatst, en omdat wij in het weekend gesloten zijn, hebben we je pakket na het weekend binnen twee werkdagen vanuit ons magazijn verzonden. DHL heeft het vervolgens binnen twee dagen bij je geleverd. We doen altijd ons uiterste best om alle bestellingen zo snel mogelijk te verwerken en te verzenden. Tijdens drukkere periodes kan het soms iets langer duren dan normaal, maar we streven ernaar onze klanten altijd zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn.

I ordered a jacket on the 11.11.25, but it was not send out or I haven’t received it by now. This is very unusual nowadays… not even an e-mail was send to me to inform me about the status. Thank you!
