Very quick response to my order of the desired remote control unit. Took a couple of days of delivery to germany. Put batteries in and it worked. Even better than the crappy original RCU. Now I can control the device even from an angle other than 90° of it. Will come back any time for more substitutes if needed.

Bestellen und bezahlen kann man ganz schnell, das klappt bestens. Doch die bestellte Fernbedienung war völlig falsch programmiert, also nicht zu gebrauchen! Freundlicherweise darf man dann als Kunde die nicht funktionierende und funktionsuntüchtige Ware auch noch auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden (geht gar nicht!!!!) und wartet danach ewig lange auf eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. Erst nach sechs Mails hin und her hat sich was getan und das Geld ist eingegangen, bis auf die Rücksendekosten. Also außer Spesen nichts gewesen. So was geht gar nicht und ich kann diesen Shop einfach nicht empfehlen. Finger weg und bei der Konkurrenz kaufen!
