Last month I ordered flower as a surprise for my cousin's birthday. The courier who delivered it contacted her by text with a link to click/confirm. My cousin was suspicious because the phone number was unknown to her and nowadays many people get hacked by clicking a link sent to them from someone they don't know. Therefore my cousin ignored it. It ended up my delivery was delayed one day. My mission to give a surprise on her birthday was unsuccessful. I would like to suggest that the courier do not contact the recipient by sending a link to click. I am sure there are better ways than that. That's my feedback. Thank you.

The delivery company is a disaster.
I was totally available to receive the package but the delivery man didn't even bother to knock or ring the door. I was therefore obliged to get it 3 days later from the post office (which isn't the best alternative for the flowers) and it ruined the surprise. It was a birthday gift. I will not do this again.
