Covers to tight after washing (strictly according to the instructions!!)
I have bought a sofa with washable covers. After washing them strictly according to the instructions the corduroy sheets are so tight that we can hardly close the zippers. One zipper broke and Tylko refuses to refund the cover. Tylko can not provide an explanation or any suggestions on how to wash the covers avoiding this problem from reoccuring. They simply blame us claiming that the covers do not shrink in their lab tests. Our (white!) corduroy covers are thus practically not washable, which was the whole point for us to buy this sofa. We have now bought chenille covers hoping that they will not show the same problem.
