This was my first dealing with your firm and it was very successful. The selection of Australian wines available was good and much appreciated as I was buying for a family member who misses his Australian reds while living in Germany. I was kept informed about the progress of the order and it arrived very promptly and was much enjoyed.

8wines was fine but the ups delivery was catastrphic. They simply left the wine at a relay point that had no parking and was difficult to access. By contrast, a similar wine order from Burgundy was delivered to my door.

Bad delivery experience
I ordered wine on May 27th, It arrived on the 6th June in a inadequate box with 5 of the 6 bottles I ordered loose in a cigarette carton One bottle had obviously broken in transit as the invoice was stained with wine. Who ever repacked the remaining bottles did so poorly, following discussions with 8wine the matter was rectified.

I had some issues with the delivery and the customer service helped me find a solution quite quickly. It would be easier if they could provide the option to pick the delivery up from an office or a center of the courier right while you order

Good experience, greatwines, speedy delivery. I'm jusorry they don't deliver other products from South Africa . For example, biltong, braaivleis and boerewors! You know, to compliment the wine .

Some quite good Rhone wines at basically good price, plus very fast shipping.
It is not the broadest selection at all, but a few quite good wines from Rhone region (Chateauneuf, Gigondas...)
