I received the wrong product, emailed the customer services with the photos, but got no response - it has been 3 days. I don't know what to do, I got no product and no money, and no customer service.

I hadn't heard of Basler, but they had a Clinique lipstick I couldn't find elsewhere so I took a chance. I am impressed, good prices and speedy delivery. I will use again.
