Reviews:

Customers consistently praise the fast and reliable delivery service, the high quality, taste, and aroma of the tea, as well as the wide variety and diversity of options available. The ordering process and website usability are appreciated for their ease, and customer service is frequently described as excellent and professional. Packaging is generally viewed as good and dependable. However, some customers have experienced delays or issues with local carriers, and there are occasional disappointments with recent tea quality or inconsistencies. A few note a desire for better product alignment with in-store offerings or specific items. There are also some complaints regarding payment limitations, missing products, packaging sturdiness, and sustainability concerns.
