Poor delivery experience to Sweden. Some items couldn’t be shipped but still appeared in the cart, requiring support to resolve. Delivery was expensive (negating any price advantage) and the advertised 24h shipping took nearly a week, with delays even before dispatch. Despite high cost, delivery was to a pickup point, forcing extra hassle and expense to transport bulky items.
Positives: product quality was fine and customer support was responsive.

The cost of international shipping of items like bubble wrap, cardboard rolls, starch-based packing peanuts and cardboard dividers is higher than the value of the goods themselves.
Also, your shipment should not have been delivered to a pickup point. We will clarify this situation with the courier to understand what went wrong and make sure it does not happen again.

Shipping carrier very bad
Probably the products will be very good. The company seems professional, products seem of good quality, nevertheless still for a good price and the order gets handed over to the carrier very fast.
Maybe a different carrier should be chosen because the pakets allways get stuck at the carriers facilities and customers need to take action to contact the carrier in order to get the packet.
