I was sceptical about this site, both because I've never heard of it before and also because it was significantly cheaper than buying my chosen product on the legitimate site I wanted to buy that product ( based in the US). For my delivery I paid extra stuffs to be sure everything was going to be alright ( but it was optional!). The staff also added in my package some candies and everything went smoothly and the delivery was very fast. I'm from Italy and unfortunately the delivery is quite pricey here (9€) but that's not their fault. So it was all-over a great experience! I definitely recommend it!

To the question "What did you particularly like?": I love the way they handled two issues I had with my orders. They were polite and efficient and immediately fixed it. I love that the website works well, I rarely see any glitches and I think it's mostly priced fairly. Good design and trustworthy team. As for "What could we possibly do better?": -Add more stock, specifically individual eyeshadows and keep bringing new products as they release them in other countries. I knew about monolith a few years ago but I didn't the reviews I read and that everything was sold out. Waiting 6 months for something to be restocked was too much so I never bought from here. But now that I see more products being stocked it makes me rely on the website a lot more. -You need to answer faster when there's a problem. I almost went back to buying directly from the brands because I couldn't get a response. There needs to be centralized customer support. When we email or message, there needs to be a response within 24-48 hours. I waited weeks. That's the only thing I would try to change. But when I did get a response, it was fair, polite and they solved the issue immediately.

I have been a costumer of monolith for a few years now and i have only had good things to say about their efficiency, the variety and quality of the products they sell, the way the founders stay always in touch and listen to their costumers, the excellent quality of their costumer service, the way they always stay on top of hot new make up releases. As far as I'm concerned they're a dream come true.

Very fast delivery. Lovely products. I appreciate the extra care that is taken to pack everything carefully. Customer service is great. I've had one issue with an empty palette, which was replaced with a larger one, so I don't have any complaints. I only wish the ingredients for all products were listed on the website.

I've always had excellent experiences shopping from monolith and I intend to continue to do so. Website that's easy to shop in, fast and very well protected packages, any issues I've had they've fairly solved. One of my all time favourite shops, for sure.

I was skeptical from the looks of the website (a bit outdated and laggy), but it's one of the best experience I had while online shopping. The shipping was suuuper fast (literally the next day from placing the order) and the palettes were well packaged, which is the most important thing. I even got two little gummy bear packets inside, yayyy

I am overall happy with the quality and service but lately I find very annoying the popups with points that are constantly showing everytime I am trying to see a product

Quick and excellent service, the products arrived perfectly packaged and intact. I really appreciated the surprise in including 2 mini packs of Haribo gummy bears inside the order, it's those little things that make you understand that the seller cares about their customers🥹. I made and order during black friday promotions so i was expecting things to be a bit slow and chaotic, especially since it is a smaller company and i have had issues with shipping companies in my area, but things arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Thank you so much for your hard work during this season, it was greatly appreciated!

The palette came well packaged and there was no problem with getting the goods through customs. Excellent offers and the variety of indie makeup on the site is awesome. Will shop here again :)

I have ordered from Switzerland before (I am in the Netherlands) and sometimes it can take a fair while but they delivered in the same window as promised which was relatively short. Nothing was damaged, everything was beautiful and also, thank you for the free, delicious sweeties. I finally am able to get my hands on goodies without the fear of the import tax the other side and I love how many are just geared towards my Goth self.

I ordered an eyeshadow palette to Finland and the order came quickly and the palette was in perfect condition! Would order again!

Delivery is super fast and customer support is very friendly. I have tons of eyeshadow and collect palettes. I always purchase shipping protection. My last two orders came with some broken eyeshadows. For previous order I received replacement eyeshadows as the pallete was magnetic which I’m happy about. This time the pallette wasn’t magnetic. My thought process was that shipping protection serves for product replacement and not partial refund. I get a bit unreasonably, but still upset if even one eyeshadow in my palette is broken so I will hesitate a bit more before placing my next order.

The products are amazing; I like the browsing experience and the pricing is really good. An app would be awesome and maybe an idea fot the future, a monthly mistery box based on subscription. I recommend the site to all of my friends and this is how they found interest in indie brands and now they order also ❤️❤️❤️
