The absolute best shop ever. I've bought at least 7 times or more and every time I'm surprised by the professionalism. everything is so well organized too. If it weren't for this shop, I wouldn't be able to create makeup looks and keep myself entertained through chronic pain. THANK YOU 💕 PS: My only suggestions are: - That you PLEASE bring more individual eyeshadows too, especially the all time best sellers like Myrrh and Mural from Clionadh, and Glam Rush from Shine by SD, Amphitrite from Devinah and so many others. Many of us indie lovers have thousands of palettes but we need more single shadows. -Also please consider bringing more asian brands like SheenEffect and Cold n Wild. Their individual eyeshadows are out of this world and the shops LookHealthyStore and CBeautymall are the only 2 that sells them in Europe. They sell out fast so there's a huge missed opportunity there too. Check out the single eyeshadow "Twilight" from SheenEffect. It's so popular that you can sell it in minutes anywhere you post it.

Monolith is my doom when it comes to make up : they have a magnificient choice and are so efficient when it comes to shipping super quickly. A great alternative for make up lovers from Europe who enjoys their indie brands. I shopped there multiple times, and will do again if they carry on being that great. I'm sure they will.

Very happy with that. + Products well packed for shipping. Somehow you can tell the owners care. The mini candy is so cute and fun! Ordering on the site was extremely easy I like it it offers more products and bundles when you add things to cart. Free express shipping over a certain amount was amazing. Products were extremely well packed.

I was sceptical about this site, both because I've never heard of it before and also because it was significantly cheaper than buying my chosen product on the legitimate site I wanted to buy that product ( based in the US). For my delivery I paid extra stuffs to be sure everything was going to be alright ( but it was optional!). The staff also added in my package some candies and everything went smoothly and the delivery was very fast. I'm from Italy and unfortunately the delivery is quite pricey here (9€) but that's not their fault. So it was all-over a great experience! I definitely recommend it!

Wonderful indie makeup, especially eyeshadow-palettes, for a reasonable price. For EU citizens the best way to purchase makeup from oberseas without paying a high amount of shipping costs and extra taxes.

Nothing to complain about. Customer service is friendly, delivery is fast, and the products are well-packaged. I love the wide selection—a truly unique offering.

To the question "What did you particularly like?": I love the way they handled two issues I had with my orders. They were polite and efficient and immediately fixed it. I love that the website works well, I rarely see any glitches and I think it's mostly priced fairly. Good design and trustworthy team. As for "What could we possibly do better?": -Add more stock, specifically individual eyeshadows and keep bringing new products as they release them in other countries. I knew about monolith a few years ago but I didn't the reviews I read and that everything was sold out. Waiting 6 months for something to be restocked was too much so I never bought from here. But now that I see more products being stocked it makes me rely on the website a lot more. -You need to answer faster when there's a problem. I almost went back to buying directly from the brands because I couldn't get a response. There needs to be centralized customer support. When we email or message, there needs to be a response within 24-48 hours. I waited weeks. That's the only thing I would try to change. But when I did get a response, it was fair, polite and they solved the issue immediately.

I have been a costumer of monolith for a few years now and i have only had good things to say about their efficiency, the variety and quality of the products they sell, the way the founders stay always in touch and listen to their costumers, the excellent quality of their costumer service, the way they always stay on top of hot new make up releases. As far as I'm concerned they're a dream come true.

Very fast delivery. Lovely products. I appreciate the extra care that is taken to pack everything carefully. Customer service is great. I've had one issue with an empty palette, which was replaced with a larger one, so I don't have any complaints. I only wish the ingredients for all products were listed on the website.

There was some fumbling with shipping. I was a little disappointed i didnt get my palette quickly as usual. But i have to say getting an email explaining the mishap cleared everything up and my palette came a day later. Great communication at monolith!
