I have ordered from Switzerland before (I am in the Netherlands) and sometimes it can take a fair while but they delivered in the same window as promised which was relatively short. Delivery is super fast and customer support is very friendly. I have tons of eyeshadow and collect palettes. I always purchase shipping protection. My last two orders came with some broken eyeshadows. For previous order I received replacement eyeshadows as the pallete was magnetic which I’m happy about. This time the pallette wasn’t magnetic. My thought process was that shipping protection serves for product replacement and not partial refund. I get a bit unreasonably, but still upset if even one eyeshadow in my palette is broken so I will hesitate a bit more before placing my next order.
