Warning – avoid this company at all costs. I spent €726 on shoes in different sizes and returned €500 worth of items. The return was delivered over 3 months ago (I have the tracking number as proof), but I never received my refund. They completely ignore all emails and phone calls. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like fraud. Stay away – this company is not to be trusted.////////////Advertencia: eviten esta empresa a toda costa. Avoid this company at all costs! I’ve made a return 3 months ago and still haven’t got my money back. They keep making excuses and don’t send the money. This company is an absolute scam!
