Store contains a LOT of items to modify, repair and tinker with your printer, as well as material to use for them, this makes it my Go-To store for filament etc.
Support is nice and friendly, but unfortunately they don't seem to know the products too well, where "compatible" products might not work, nor is there a common knowledge on repairs of products, but they make due and assist as much as possible, to the end of replacing a device if it turns up damaged (like mine did).

When I found that the Ender S1 Pro that I received had a F1 chip (which Creality does not post Firmware updates for), I asked tech support what to do. After not believing me they told me to contact Creality.
The only reason I ordered from 3dprima, was that they promised good customer support, but this was not better than Amazon.
So what you can improve:
- Don't pretend to have good customer support.
- Don't sell printers that are not supported.
Oh, and yeah, the filament I ordered and the delivery time was really not impressive...
The reason you didn't get a one was the price... But since you're no better than Amazon, then... So it's a weak two...
