I ordered a new 3d printer and PLA filament. Something went wrong with my payment. Their system changed my region at the checkout and there was a currency conversion issue, so I ended up paying too much. I got the payment refunded right away and they set up a new order that I just needed to pay again. It came with a discount to make up for all the losses from the previous order.
The support was fast enough, so the order wasn't even delayed. I still got it the day it said it would arrive initially.

Deras filament är ingen bra rullade alls, kvalitet är jo bra
De borde sluta använda Budbee som frakt alternativ, beställde en produkt 13/4/23, jag har skrivit detta 21/4/23 och har inte fått en ända uppdatering på budbee app.
Efter par mejl med kundservice de skulle skicka samma varann igen.
Frågan är om de hade skickat paketet från början eller inte.

Good customer support experience

Good overall but took longer than thought.
Website states orders will be ready in a few hours but mine wasn't. I called to ask and was told "the warehouse is busy, they won't get to it today". No apology considering I chose collection as I was in the area on that day.
Everyone knows warehouses can get busy but for the sake of a few minutes picking 2 items from the shelf cost me a second 50 km round trip.
Good printer parts though and all as expected on that side.

Usually pretty good
Usually good fast shipping and large stock.
Drawbacks that I sometime got broken vacum seals on fillaments.
Custommer service is a bit slow but understandable with how many they serve.
Information on parts is not always updated on machines they fit.
On my machine i have to guess sometimes that is a cr5 h that have parts from multiple creality models as original.
But question is If its there or crealitys problem?

Possibly one of the best shops I've ever encountered.
Never once had any issues with support.
Bought white PETG but unfortunately that particular order was defect. Contacted support, explained the situation, returned the filament and got my money back. Bought PETG again after a couple of weeks and there haven't any other issues.

You are great but PLEASE fix the currency issue where SEK changes to EUR and can't be changed back. This even happens sometimes when surfing incognito and I have to restart with a new window. You may be loosing customers to the inconvenience this creates.

Great stock and fast shipping. In the few cases I've experienced problems with an order it has been solved without hassle. I shop here regulary and will continue to do so. Their own filament brands are excellent and you can often use a discount code for a better deal.

Looks amazing, not that solid
Amazingly beautiful filament but it does not have that good layer adhesion. Also leaves an annoying residue on my PEI sheet which is annoying to scrub away. Would probably buy again since it was well priced, shipped fast and prints good despite the drawbacks

Minus:
Det enda negativa är fraktalternativet med Budbee till box som tar långt över en vecka i leveranstid (detta alternativet borde förbjudas).
Föredrar leverans till ombud över box.
