Misleading product, customer service zero!
In order #188048 I purchased a professional packing knife, but the item I received does not match the one shown on the website. Instead of the black-yellow knife with rubber grip, metal guide, and blade storage, I got a yellow-blue DONAU cutter of noticeably lower quality, without those features and with only one blade. It also arrived opened and outside of its packaging. I submitted a complaint via e-mail on February 4th but still haven’t received any response. I find this misleading. Other items in the order were fine, but this part of the experience was disappointing.
