We picked the RSXA Clip Batyline in Seigle and it is exactly as we expected - comfortable, light, zero gravity reclining. It feels stable and secure and it's easy to ease in and get out of. We inherited an older chair (the one with laces) from a friend, which is why we wanted another one, but I was surprised by how much sturdier/solid the RSXA feels with the clipped method. TThe Seigle color is a light beigy, which fits with everything. Loving it so far! I would highly recommend.
The only downside was the FedEX delivery. Our box arrived smashed in one corner and with one of the strap binds loose/broken. I didn't let the FedEx person leave until I checked that the chair was ok. I was also surprised the chair was not wrapped in anything.

My order #LU3259 Which includes a chair and cup holder are
waaaaaay overdue. The only reason for one star is that the page
wouldn’t let me continue with none. Imagine my chagrin when I received
a “satisfaction” query…Are you kidding…I will be seeking a way to settle
this through a better business agency.

Well made. Solid. A bit heavy to carry all the way out to the beach, but I make do. A little awkward both opening and folding it up. You have to carry it upside down, so the top of the chair often gets covered in sand. For the price, a simple cup/phone holder attachment to either arm would be a simple, yet significant addition. Had to go out and buy one and retrofit it.

The best zero gravity chair made!
I have owned this brand of chair for 12 plus years. In my opinion it surpasses all others in comfort and quality. Yes they are more expensive, but worth the money! I would never purchase another brand.

Needed to return it for a lighter weight chair but the cost of postage was $100.

Our customer service remains available for any question : you have rightly requested a return using the form on our website.
The process is then for us to validate this request. We are sorry for this misunderstanding but you may have checked for a return cost before we sent you the pre-paid Fedex label to be used for this return.
According to our Terms & Conditions, the return fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. When we refund the order, we deduct some shipping fees but never the entire costs : in your case, the cost of postage were $100 whereas we intended to deduct $25 only.
You have then decided to keep the chair and we hope you will enjoy its comfort.

Quick accurate response. Lafuma products are exceptional in quality materials and workmanship. Been a Lafuma customer since the 90s and my recliner from 1994 is still in good working order and comfortable. Have purchased six additional chairs and wont buy any other brand.

i bought the zero gravity chair from Relax the back stores in 2017. My sling was broken but the chair still looked great, so I was heartbroken at the thought of tossing it into the landfill. Luckily I thought to contact your customer service who guided me in the right direction , confirming the sling was replaceable and advising which sling type fit my chair. Its back to new again and looks PERFECT on my deck, fitting into my color scheme. I am back to enjoying the total relaxation of my zero gravity chair and happy about my purchase as well as Lafuma customer service!

My cushion needed to be replaced. The original cushion held up nicely but when getting out of the chair I needed to slid my butt towards the edge in order to get up. The clip came lose when the stitching gave out. The new cushion I’ll attempt to reinforce because the replacements are pricy. I am able to use the original on my other gravity chair by clipping a few clamps on the upper bar.
Installing the new cushion was way way easy 👍
