We picked the RSXA Clip Batyline in Seigle and it is exactly as we expected - comfortable, light, zero gravity reclining. It feels stable and secure and it's easy to ease in and get out of. We inherited an older chair (the one with laces) from a friend, which is why we wanted another one, but I was surprised by how much sturdier/solid the RSXA feels with the clipped method. TThe Seigle color is a light beigy, which fits with everything. Loving it so far! I would highly recommend.
The only downside was the FedEX delivery. Our box arrived smashed in one corner and with one of the strap binds loose/broken. I didn't let the FedEx person leave until I checked that the chair was ok. I was also surprised the chair was not wrapped in anything.

My order #LU3259 Which includes a chair and cup holder are
waaaaaay overdue. The only reason for one star is that the page
wouldn’t let me continue with none. Imagine my chagrin when I received
a “satisfaction” query…Are you kidding…I will be seeking a way to settle
this through a better business agency.

Efficient sling replacement
I requested information on a replacement sling and was directed to the web site to order one as well as the video as to how to do the replacement. It was very efficient, the sling arrived quickly, and it was as I expected. My local dealer said she had trouble getting informatioin from you, but I did not find that to be the case at all. I now have a brand new sling and am enjoying my zero gravity chair once more. Thank you.

Very responsive when I had questions and the Futura Air Comfort chairs that we bought are just awesome! I'm a firm believer in "You get what you pay for" and these chairs are high quality and will last for decades as did our first set. Actually first set is still functional but wanted to switch to the more padded material and just generally an update. GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT!

Excellent quality. I purchased the Futura Air Comfort zero gravity chair to replace one that we received as a gift 20 years ago. Lafuma products are made to last, the quality is superb. The quality and comfort of the new chair did not disappoint, Lafuma has kept their standards high. If you are looking for good quality and comfort you will love Lafuma!

I’ve ordered two chairs for my new reflexology practice, Dream Reflexology LLC. They are incredible for helping clients feel supported and uplifted. Plus, the ease of transport makes on-site reflexologist sessions at offices and events something I really enjoy offering. One of my clients is already buying a set of the chairs for relaxing at home!

We have had two for 20 years and love them. They have gotten rather dirty and it seemed easier to order a new one than to replace the cushions. My husband has back trouble. That is why we bought them 20 years ago. It still gives him relief.

this is my first professional reflexology chair. I love it, and so do my clients. Excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail. The cup holder (extra item) is nice as well so that people can keep their phones, etc. close by.

The outdoor recliner I wanted was out of stock. I was able to leave my email for an alert for when it was available again. As soon as I got the alert I ordered it and it came very quickly. Love my Lafuma recliner.

Great response and follow up communications. Only issue was injection molded elbows had extra plastic at bottom of hole which had to be removed to fit properly and thru bolt alignment. Great product!

Must Have Zero Gravity Chair! ✌🏻
To me this is the most comfortable and sturdy zero gravity chair! I sat in it in a local store and was hooked!!! Pricy but worth the comfort for your knees! Cup holder available for it also!
