Dear Thomas Lakay, You ordered a brand-new Hasegawa model kit from us, still sealed in plastic. It was delivered directly from our warehouse and is therefore untouched. The claim that there was a "musty smell" is simply not consistent with the condition in which this product was shipped. We are also surprised that you chose to report this complaint immediately through Trusted Shops, without even bothering to contact us directly first. We are always open to discussion and service – if you are willing to engage in dialogue, that is. These kinds of unfounded and public complaints hit us hard as a small business owner. We work with dedication and care on something that many people enjoy. But such reports – which are completely irrelevant – undermine job satisfaction and could lead to even fewer sales outlets for model building enthusiasts in the future.
