Very thorough results. Took a LONG time for the results due to being sent to UK - I had to trawl the website to find a mention of that, it should be prominent as many will assume the timeframe given is from when sample gets to NSW when that is not the case.

I purchased this particular kit for the prime purpose of being based in Australia. The reply paid address is in NSW, but it then gets sent to an undisclosed location in the UK. This process has taken over a month so far and still no sign of the whereabouts as there is also no tracking ability. Customer service is very generic - you will get the same response no matter what you send. Very disappointed with the service and a definite regretful purchase.

Never have I dealt with a company so hard to make contact with, have tried for a month!
It’s now Feb 29, I ordered my two test kits Jan 20 & still haven’t received, I will be disputing & asking for full refund.
