Very thorough results. Took a LONG time for the results due to being sent to UK - I had to trawl the website to find a mention of that, it should be prominent as many will assume the timeframe given is from when sample gets to NSW when that is not the case.

I purchased this particular kit for the prime purpose of being based in Australia. The reply paid address is in NSW, but it then gets sent to an undisclosed location in the UK. This process has taken over a month so far and still no sign of the whereabouts as there is also no tracking ability. Customer service is very generic - you will get the same response no matter what you send. Very disappointed with the service and a definite regretful purchase.

Excessive wait times/poor customer service

I purchased this particular kit for the prime purpose of being based in Australia. The reply paid address is in NSW, but it then gets sent to an undisclosed location in the UK. Customer service is very generic - you will get the same response no matter what you send. Very disappointed with the service and a definite regretful purchase.

24/7 chat was helpful However, you really should have the person receiving our Aussie Mail tracking it and letting the sender know when it's been received, and on-sent to the UK. It's been 2 weeks since I sent my sample & it still hasn't been registered in the UK. There's nothing more unsettling than spending money and not knowing if you're going to get what you paid for. If I ever do something like this again, I'm definitely gonna be adding a tracking number, cause not is nothing but stressful.

Best thing I have done

This test has answered all my he’s,th symptoms , that no dr or naturopath has been an,e to answer for me , and I have done bio resonance therapy with a naturopath before but never done testing to this extent and it was soooo much cheaper. Everything I ate in the food list was making my stomach sore , it was all accurate. And when researching the symptoms of the nutrients I was deficient in on this test… it all comes back for symptoms I am experiencing. I finally feel like I have answers to my health and I am so thankful. The website needs a little help as a few clutches and I did have to talk to live chat to get my results, website still says I am waiting results even though live chat gave them to me after 20 working days which was just shy off of a month . But it was worth the wait. And live chat was always so efficient and helpful.

My experience was quite good , I had read reviews prior to starting so I knew the results would take approx 4 weeks think I got them back in 3 so that was quite good. Some of my sensitivities were very random so I’m not sure if it was very accurate but I’m am cutting them all out and will see how I go over the next few months I was diagnosed with coeliac disease about 1.5 years ago and I noticed I was sensitive to a few gluten containing foods so that made sense Overall happy with my experience and found it interesting with the results I’d recommend to people like myself who are struggling with digestive issues and need help with eliminating foods

Am amazed at what I could be reacting to that I never knew about until I did the test. Since getting the results back & eliminating a lot of the things listed, have hardly had any allergy reactions in months & if I do have a reaction I now know what to look for. Highly recommend getting the testing done

Our tests showed we had no digestive problems, yet we know we have, so how does that work. So this test was no good in identifying anyway to help with these problems.
