De afgelopen maand (Januari) 2x een bestelling gedaan, voor mijn poedel en mezelf natuurlijk 😉 want fijne producten werken fijn voor zowel het baasje als het beestje 😊 het was al een poosje geleden maar ik was blij verrast door de nieuwe website en vervoerder. De website werkt erg prettig en duidelijk en de vervoerder is top! De eerste keer heb ik een express zending gedaan omdat ik een nieuwe trimtafel nodig had en die had ik snel. De tweede bestelling was eigenlijk net zo snel. De artikelen waren netjes verpakt en ik kreeg er een leuk presentje bij. De eerste keer even gesproken met de klantenservice (chat) en ze waren uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En ik, of wij, zijn tevreden met de fijne producten. Tot de volgende keer, Transgroom.
So sadly my order was came defective during production, was not exactly like must be and not work properly also not cheap. I try contact seller and send 4 emails with photo but no one answered... I just recive today email ther will be another courier, but I don't know with what. Nothing explains realy upset.

Poor, Poor vustomer service
I made order. I did pay it and got confirmation. And after week I was asking where is My parcel and they told me that My order was stuck on thein website and they do not have all those thing I had ordered. I made My order 5.10 and parcel is not Here and not even shipping notetice.
