Reviews:

Many customers appreciate the fast and neat shipping when it occurs, the durability and beauty of the product, and the ease of installation thanks to clear instructions. The warranty and hassle-free replacement process are also highly valued, with parts often received quickly and at no extra cost. Some customers report excellent and prompt customer support. However, there are frequent issues with late or missing deliveries, and some customers are frustrated by receiving requests for reviews before receiving or setting up their product. Opinions on customer service are mixed, with reports of poor communication or lack of meaningful responses. There are also concerns about product quality, such as wiring or segment issues and overall robustness, and a few customers find installation tricky or cumbersome for larger models.
