Very quick response to my order of the desired remote control unit. Took a couple of days of delivery to germany. Put batteries in and it worked. Even better than the crappy original RCU. Now I can control the device even from an angle other than 90° of it. Will come back any time for more substitutes if needed.
The remote does not work with the device for which I purchased it. Allthough, before purchase, the web site showed that it would work with said device. Also, the instructions are extremely poor. After complaining to the company, they have requested that I send it back but at my expense. The company also stated after my complaint, that the remote will not work with the device for which I purchased it. I will never order from this company again.

Best remote controls
Before placing the order, I contacted their customer service so they could offer me a compatible remote control. They answered within a few hours. The delivery to Germany was only 3 days, which is faster than some German shops.
