looks like a display item. regardless of the quality of the Patagonia product (which I know very well) the item appears to have arrived in non-original packaging from the manufacturer, as I bought the same jacket in the past and it lacks labels explaining the quality and model of the jacket typical of Patagonia. Furthermore, it arrived with many creases and took several days to return to its shape. The spare buttons are missing. I would really appreciate an honest response from you. Greetings

Ordered something in November. Returned it on december 9th with tracking number (so I know it arrived). No confirmation email from them saying they received. I wrote them several emails (more than 5), I called them several times (at different times on different days). Finally I spoke with someone who seemed to realized their refund didn´t come through, he said had to check with financial dpt. He said he will contact me in 10 minutes, here I am waiting 5 hours later. 132€ was the value of my order.

No refund, no email, they don´t pick up the phone, they don´t answer

Ordered something in November. Returned it on december 9th with tracking number (so I know it arrived). No confirmation email from them saying they received. I wrote them several emails (more than 5), I called them several times (at different times on different days). Finally I spoke with someone who seemed to realized their refund didn´t come through, he said had to check with financial dpt. He said he will contact me in 10 minutes, here I am waiting 5 hours later. 132€ was the value of my order.

Hello Laura, our apologies for replying so late. We have been in contact for a long time together and always tried to give as much support as we could with this situation. The situation was very complicated but we tried to explain everything thoroughly, we always proceed by our rules. Super slow delivery & overpriced

Super slow delivery. The frietag bag was really fashionable and well priced. The Patagonia fleece sweater - overpriced. Different places 50euro cheaper. Unfortunately found out too late

Hi Liesje, thanks for the feedback. We are very sorry for the delay in delivery, this was due to logistical problems that occurred unexpectedly. As for the price of the products - we try to stick to the prices that are recommended directly by the brands and suppliers, if we discount the products too much (this way the competitors will get the product 50 EUR cheaper, which we absolutely respect, in the end it is your decision as a customer where you buy the product), we would devalue its quality and real value. Unfortunately, we cannot sell a sustainable and quality product undervalued. Hello Caroline, the order was created on the 18th and was shipped to you on the 19th. This means that everything went exactly as it should from our side. We have checked the tracking information and the package was delivered to you successfully. Hopefully you can understand that the mistake was on the side of the delivery service. Hi Jasmien, thanks for the feedback! Regarding the return postage - we try to support our philosophy and concept of sustainability by letting the customer pay the return postage. We want to reduce unnecessary returns and sending packages back and forth as much as possible. We believe that with this in mind, each customer will think carefully about their purchase and choose the items they really want to keep. Of course, we let customers choose their own carriers, according to their own needs and preferences.
