Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Ceny sú zaujímavé ,ale po dva krát mi poslali nohavice že štítkom veľkosť 30 a boli 28.ci to bol osud ?neviem,ale príjemné to nieje lebo poštovné do Nemecka je veľké ,takže už len na poštovnom za vratku som dal okolo 40 eur.
The best e-commerce supplier in the market. Never encountered a single problem with this company. Best prices for their products. Few times I was looking for a solution. It just took an email with an answer within 24 hours.

Bike Discount is my preferred bike shop for bike gears and accessories. Good quality products in good market price. Delivery as promised to Finland and always correct product shipped.
Fast response, products well packed, correct refund, as allways. I placed 11 orders for in total 2500 € since 2022, MTB related items ( parts, clothing, slop tools, car bike rack).

Gostei da variedade e disponibilidade dos produtos. E do envio em materiais recicláveis como o cartão. É importante utilizar menos plástico nos envios, gostei dessa forma de empacotar.
prezzi comprtitivi e buona scelta. Sarebbe bene che lo spedizioniere inbiasse una mail per il giorno di consegna, indicando, se non una fascia oraria, almeno mettina/pomeriggio.
