The artistry is impressive, though my black ball was missing a lot of the coloured spots shown in the piece online. The ornament was also missing the gold string shown for hanging. The shipper DHL had the box opened and reopened, taped and re-taped—the thin box arrived crushed in a plastic bag. It was truly a miracle the glass was in one piece. The seller was informed and photos were sent. OMG told me they would file a case with DHL, but there was no offer of any return to me on the shipping I paid.

Excellent product and very prompt delivery.
Although it advertised free international delivery, it charged AUD$50 with no adequate explanation for this discrepancy. Previous purchases did involve free international delivery as promised.

Beautiful Murano glass
The Murano glass is absolutely beautiful. I regretted not getting more jewellry when in Venice so I ordered directly from the store. I received the items very quickly and I am very pleased with the quality of the products!
