The delivery with UPS was terrible. They deliver the product, at anytime from 8 am to 8 pm according to their schedule and if they dont find you, for 3 times they return the product back to the seller. You must wait all Day UPS to delivery. No tel call before no access point to take it by yourself. As a solution was give to delivery the product to my neighbours Pharmacy. I asked them to delivery it after 2pm at any Day and they refused to cooperate, said me that you paid the cheapest delivery service. Is the cheapest delivery service 20 euros for 4 small connectors??? Very dissapointed with that... All the other tasks was Very good.
rudeness on email and inability and unwillingness to assist with lower shipment charges and use other couriers - we have added a note to the Conrad account not to use you except in emergencies as the cost of goods on your site is good but then becomes expensive when you add costs of the shipment. I understand there are rules but your staff neither seemed to care or show any empathy or willingness to come up with a solution

I purchased a motorised tv bracket which when it arrived I had to pay over £50 import duties. When I opened it the power supply was missing. I contacted Conrad immediately and submitted photos. I heard nothing for three weeks so I went onto their website and opened a 'ticket', I received an email back stating it was already being dealt with under a different ticket number. I emailed them again and was told I could return the whole item or take a standard power supply, I replied I would accept this. I heard nothing for a further 3 weeks, I emailed them again, nothing so I opened another ticket via the website then received an email saying they were awaiting my reply, so I replied to the email I would accept, nothing for a week, so I replied to the email again, nothing so went to the website opened another ticket and accepted. It appears that replying to their emails they randomly acknowledge. Finally received a power supply two weeks later and it is a generic psu with variable connections, not the original psu for the item I purchased.

Actually all the products are excellent but I have had problems with the shipping to my country. First because they send the order in parts and that generates additional costs when I pick up the packages at UPS, that is exactly what happened with my last order and due to UPS errors I had to pay an additional 100 dollars that I had initially considered, apart from the fact that a tool box came damaged because the grouping in boxes does not have plastic or any material that protects the products.

Had to use Conrad as was the only company to get a particular item unavailable in the UK - their service was impeccable. However, the courier, UPS, were not good and, even though all the correct details were given to them by Conrad, they messed up the address completely, even with it going to the wrong address 400 metres away. It may be that UPS deliver well in cities and towns, however, we are extremely rural and I think they need to buck their ideas up ... I mean, is it beyond the driver to ASK someone who would know?
