Plants were healthy and delivered in just a few days . All good experience from start to finish . Great website ----- good info and timely updates on purchase. I have a 23 year old garden and am by the sea with a windy wet climate so gardening is a challenge . Never very cold but always quite wet .
Hydrangeas and Berberis along with a handful of other shrubs and perennials survive nicely here so my garden has always brought me many compliments . My recent purchases from you will of course further enhance my garden.
Dead,rotten and unrecognisable plants sent!!!
I have received my order and I have never seen anything like this before: dead, rotten, mouldy and unrecognisable plants. This must be some joke or I don’t even know what to call it. There is no way, you can plant them. I just want my money back and someone to collect that stuff, as I am not wasting more money to send those plants back. I already paid more than 120 euro.

Delighted with the plants so carefully and well packed. I loved having the passport with each plant and the information to inform me, a beginner, of prudent details. Maybe a tiny detail of making the passport stamp waterproof instead of paper would be welcome, that is just a comment. Well Done.

Great selection on the website, order came well packaged and in full. Great job all. The only issue was with the courier company, the driver didn't even bother to ring our door bell, just left the order inside the front gate. This seems to be the norm now for all curriers.

Ordered some bamboo plants for garden as couldn’t find any decent sized for price I wanted in local garden centres. I was very impressed with the plants when they arrived. Excellent quality and very well packaged. Will definitely order for them again and happily recommend

Cat grass
The grass I ordered arrived in perfect condition and better still I got a little gift. Not disclosing what it was. If you order you will find out !! Only one issue and that was planting and maintenance. I didn’t manage to retrieve it. It was for my cat who is indoors.

Packaging was OK, had some damage to 1 plants leaves another plant had completely came out of its pot, this could also be due to the shipping company used. Package was left wrong way up and we'll shaken about, plant quality is great and exactly as described

One of the plants were unavailable after order had been made. The second half of my order cam a few days after the first delivery. Your customer service was fast and professional but I would prefer to have avoided needing customer service all together

According to our system the missing plant arrived the 26/07/2023. we ship to 22 countries in Europe, mistakes are human - we've done our best to put things right in a positive way.

7 of the 15 bare root plants were of very poor quality
The Speedy prompt delivery was cancelled out by the poor quality bareroot plants, they looked more like root cuttings, difficult to distinguish the top from the bottom , see photo. very little information didn’t help either, waste of money

Prior to planting, we recommend soaking the roots in a bowl of water for approximately four hours. This process helps hydrate and prepare them for successful planting. Despite their initial appearance, Gypsophila paniculata roots possess a natural ability to seek out light, when buried under a layer of soil at a depth of 10-12 centimeters.
Rest assured, once these products are planted in well-drained, clean soil, your order is guaranteed from the date of purchase until May 1, 2024. This timeframe provides ample opportunity to monitor growth and address any concerns. We encourage you to reach out with new photos in the event of non-growth in mid-spring.

My hostas came dry rooted. I obviously didn't read the description properly. I hope they all grow and will keep you posted. Everything else arrived well packed and there is a good supply if rain to water them in. I will be ordering again!

Reasonable option if not a driver.
Delivery a bit slow. Plants in good condition & as described. Should have ordered more compost.. 10 kg bag is tiny. Unfortunately delivery involves a LOT of packaging including plastic. A plastic free option would be a good idea.

Our confirmation email with tracking arrived probably in your spams or deleted items. The acer that you ordered is a young specimen which will take its red tint as the text of the site indicates.

The email confirmation had an attachment to explain how and where to plant them.

The tricolour plant I ordered turned out to be three small pods presumably comprising the whole 'plant'. I'll have to wait and see how they turn out. I was disappointed in the size for the price too.

Don't worry, buddleia can grow 30 to 40 cm per season. They're hardy shrubs that make great butterfly magnets.
