Diverter unit.
The item arrived quickly and in tact at our intermediary destination.
I haven't seen the item yet, but the recipients in EU tell me the box is oversized and not very strong. They are not happy to forward it to us in that condition, as the box is already deformed and absent adequate filler protection. Fortunately the unit is intact.
The shipping issue has caused much consternation in that Trobolo will not ship outside Europe. The very inconvenient logistics of double shipping and the necessary repacking is not appreciated.
I was pleased that the parts are available to purchase individually, but very disappointed that the "Safe Shell System" was not available to purchase as the adaptor system filter sieve has no odour barrier.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that the diverter arrived intact, but we're sorry that the packaging and the additional shipping arrangements have caused so much inconvenience.
We understand how frustrating it must be to rely on an intermediary address and then have to organise repacking and onward shipping yourself. Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to all countries due to logistical restrictions, and we understand that this makes the process considerably more complicated for you. Your comments about the condition and protection of the parcel are also very valuable, and we'll be happy to pass them on to the relevant team.
We're pleased that you were able to purchase the individual spare parts you needed, although we understand your disappointment that the complete SafeShell System® is not available separately. Thank you for bringing up the missing odour barrier in connection with the adaptor system as well.
We appreciate your honest feedback and hope the diverter serves you well despite the hurdles along the way. 💚

Very cool!
Quick delivery with inside the box a nice personal message card. Loved that! Very attentive! Haven't tried the toilet yet because my Van isn't finished building yet. (Will be used in august) But it looks great! Thanks! :D

Reply from www.trobolo.com/
Hola,
