De afgelopen maand (Januari) 2x een bestelling gedaan, voor mijn poedel en mezelf natuurlijk 😉 want fijne producten werken fijn voor zowel het baasje als het beestje 😊 het was al een poosje geleden maar ik was blij verrast door de nieuwe website en vervoerder. De website werkt erg prettig en duidelijk en de vervoerder is top! De eerste keer heb ik een express zending gedaan omdat ik een nieuwe trimtafel nodig had en die had ik snel. De tweede bestelling was eigenlijk net zo snel. De artikelen waren netjes verpakt en ik kreeg er een leuk presentje bij. De eerste keer even gesproken met de klantenservice (chat) en ze waren uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En ik, of wij, zijn tevreden met de fijne producten. Tot de volgende keer, Transgroom.
So sadly my order was came defective during production, was not exactly like must be and not work properly also not cheap. I try contact seller and send 4 emails with photo but no one answered... I just recive today email ther will be another courier, but I don't know with what. Nothing explains realy upset.

Great produkts, the only thing that could be better is that some of their best products are disapering out of stock, so it is impossible to get them anymore, that is irritating and sad. Like the Russian slicker brush, espesially made for the Black Russian Terrier, and also Andis blade folding map and other great products to!

Мне нравятся цены. Однако доставка очень дорогая. Я заказываю часто и много но с другого сайта, где доставка дешевле, а выбор-больше.
С transgroom заказываю только если нужна HYDRA. Если бы доставка была дешевле, заказывала бы намного чаще.

Couriers are goimg worse and worse, they do not try even to take a pearcel to the door. Transhroom makes good job, but i will search for another shop, because paying 20eur for delivery, waiting for good delivery, but this never happens.

Everything was perfect, the ordering process clear and a very quickly carried out transport including delivery. The petstroller is ideal for my two Yorkies and I will definitely recommend transgroom!
Very easy way to buy excellent grooming products and tools. Quick transaction and fast delivery.
I like the feature where I receive a notification when an out of stock product is available again.

Obwohl ich kein Englisch kann klappt die schriftliche Kommunikation super. Retouren mit dem Formular zurück zu senden und die Waren aus zu tauschen klappt sehr gut. Ich kaufe gerne wieder hier ein.

Im always very satisfied with friendly customer service, and professional assistence, also the compan is generous and extremly customer orientated. Im really satisfied.
The products are very good, the prices for the products are fair, but the price for delivery is extremely high, even when compared to any other shop from Europe
