This was my first time ordering from Dakiheaven and I couldn't be happier! I'm usually very careful when it comes to ordering from shops that I don't know, but I decided to give this one a shot and I definitely took the right decision! I wanted to create a custom pillow case and had a few questions about it. Their customer support was incredibly friendly and always replied right away. They were super helpful and even placed the order for me because my request was a bit complicated. The inner pillow arrived after about a week, the pillow case took about 7 weeks to arrive. That was to be expected though and it was totally worth the wait! The quality of the case is incredible. The fabric (2 Way Tricot) is super soft and I was shocked by how good the printing quality is and how vibrant the colors are. From start to finish, this was a great experience and I'm super happy my request was executed to perfectly. Best customer support I've ever had! I would definitely buy from them again.

There was some delay with my order, but support were very helpful with getting it sorted. Will definitely be ordering something again in the future.

There were a few complications, but everyone I talked to was understanding, kind, and helpfull. My order was everything I had hoped it would be, and I would definitely be willing to share this website to anyone who askes me about body pillows.

Reliable and fast delivery.

Poor communication I had two orders the first one I didn't receive two of the items I ordered. The second order I didn't receive at all

First order I place from this online store, prompted by the wide selection and the fact that it seems to be based in Europe. Ordered an inner body pillow and a body pillow case.... Very good quality for both although the peachskin of the pillow case is a bit rougher compared to other peachskin dakimakuras I own. The inner body pillow was shipped from Europe and arrived in a few days while the pillow case arrived from China almost a month after shipping... I consider myself lucky that it even arrived and that I didn't have any problems with customs or have to pay customs duties or anything. For the future I don't think I will place any more orders unless it is clearly stated if what I am buying is shipped from the Schengen area or not.

Great material and designs, but shipping was very slow. It took nearly 2 weeks to get here after being received by USPS, with more than a full week of no updates as it just sat in the state directly next to me. Meanwhile, I can get orders from halfway across the country in 3 days no problem from other sellers. I realize this could just have been an issue with USPS though, thus only the 1 star reduction.

Note: While my first order was a disappointment (small, but prominent printing error on one side), the staff offered a discount on the next buy or a complete refund. I went for the discount and ordered another 2 Dakimakura, which then where as expected. In general, the quality is extremely good while the price is significantly lower than other premium sellers (Cud***Oct*****). Ofc you should not expect the equivalent of 150€ japanese originals, but they come very, very close. Not to forget that they have the largest collection if have encountered so far (Well, many are bootlegged copies, but in comparison to the cheap stuff sold on Al*Ex*****, they are of high resolution with vibrant colors and clear lines)

I had a personal issue with the inner pillows (too thick for my taste) and at a very difficult moment for me, but Dirk from customer service offered up possibilities that took everything into account in the best possible way to find solutions. By far, the best customer service I ever had. The covers are also very soft, with some very tiny little issues on one of them, but I decided to overlook them.

i've ordered covers on this site multible times now and i can confirm the quality of the covers is amazing (i've gotten 2 way tricot shinobu and rem, and decided to order mitsuri aswell) it feels really soft and lives up your expectations! if i had any questions i had someone to help me right away, and they are very friendly towards the customer, such an amazing service! definitely returning again!

The quality was actually good, and it was shipped in a reasonable time. However, I also ordered other items that are in the EU (I live in the EU) and they still haven't arrived after more than 4 weeks. But Dirk from the customer support team helped me out really fast, and they got delivered safely. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality, and I am impressed by how good the customer support is.

Update: The pillow worked with my case. I can recommend this shop. :) Quality: I ordered the Plush Deluxe and the quality was very good. The pillow is soft yet firm and thick. Worthy of the name deluxe. Service: The order arrived fast and in perfect condition. Customer support: Answered my questions fast and was very friendly.
