Great material and designs, but shipping was very slow. It took nearly 2 weeks to get here after being received by USPS, with more than a full week of no updates as it just sat in the state directly next to me. Meanwhile, I can get orders from halfway across the country in 3 days no problem from other sellers. I realize this could just have been an issue with USPS though, thus only the 1 star reduction.

Never received item. After a month an half no updates. Order has been stuck at the “shipping facility” for a month. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to my Order as I’ve been searching for the design everywhere.

Good quality pillows, amazing service, size misunderstanding
Update: The pillow worked with my case. I can recommend this shop. :)
Quality: I ordered the Plush Deluxe and the quality was very good. The pillow is soft yet firm and thick. Worthy of the name deluxe.
Service: The order arrived fast and in perfect condition.
Customer support: Answered my questions fast and was very friendly.

My items got shipped out quickly and there’s a lot of designs available to order. Took a while for the items to arrive, but hardly the stores fault as I ordered at the most busy time of the year. No issues with extra customs fees and such.
Will order again in the future.

There where some complications at first (DPD coulnd't find my adress for some reason) but the service person helped me out and even send out a replacment after my order got send back to them. Really friendly people and the pillow is nice and squishy. 😊

Honestly a really great customer service and one that has assisted in a shipping issued that could have happened to anyone.fixed issues, shipped it. And 10% refund on the issue. May be buying again from here.

Customer service was attentive when compared to competitors. The access to FedEx delivery is also a plusntbey have over the competition. USPS is awful so it's great to have an alternative.

The quality of the pillow is amazing!
