Really long shipping

There‘s nothing to complain about except for how long it takes but it’s inevitable so I don’t mind at all. It’s worth the wait.

Great material and designs, but shipping was very slow. It took nearly 2 weeks to get here after being received by USPS, with more than a full week of no updates as it just sat in the state directly next to me. Meanwhile, I can get orders from halfway across the country in 3 days no problem from other sellers. I realize this could just have been an issue with USPS though, thus only the 1 star reduction.

The product is really good, the 2 Way Tricot (before they added the upgraded option) feels really smooth and stretchy, very breathable and the color is great, the pillow is very huggable, especially a 170cm one, and since this is my very first time buying a dakimakura, I wanted to check so I buy 160cm and 170cm, suffice to say, I'm disappointed I didn't buy 2 170cm instead. And the service is good, the exchange through emails took at most 3 days or so, and the two import fees are fully refunded. The only annoying part in this whole process is the shipment, and that's probably not their fault, the cover shipment through UPS gets delivered pretty quickly, exactly in line with their estimation time, however, the inner pillow, which shipped through PostNL took a long time, way beyond the estimation time, and I think this is mostly my country's fault, it has been stuck in the customs for at least 2 weeks, and that's probably because I email them (the customs) directly, not sure what happened if I didn't. All in all... I'm pretty pleased with the product and the service, I kind of want to know how this upgraded 2 Way Tricot feels, maybe I'll buy it again later but with custom, commissioned art

This was my first time ordering from Dakiheaven and I couldn't be happier! I'm usually very careful when it comes to ordering from shops that I don't know, but I decided to give this one a shot and I definitely took the right decision! I wanted to create a custom pillow case and had a few questions about it. Their customer support was incredibly friendly and always replied right away. They were super helpful and even placed the order for me because my request was a bit complicated. The inner pillow arrived after about a week, the pillow case took about 7 weeks to arrive. That was to be expected though and it was totally worth the wait! The quality of the case is incredible. The fabric (2 Way Tricot) is super soft and I was shocked by how good the printing quality is and how vibrant the colors are. From start to finish, this was a great experience and I'm super happy my request was executed to perfectly. Best customer support I've ever had! I would definitely buy from them again.

Note: While my first order was a disappointment (small, but prominent printing error on one side), the staff offered a discount on the next buy or a complete refund. I went for the discount and ordered another 2 Dakimakura, which then where as expected. In general, the quality is extremely good while the price is significantly lower than other premium sellers (Cud***Oct*****). Ofc you should not expect the equivalent of 150€ japanese originals, but they come very, very close. Not to forget that they have the largest collection if have encountered so far (Well, many are bootlegged copies, but in comparison to the cheap stuff sold on Al*Ex*****, they are of high resolution with vibrant colors and clear lines)

There were a few complications, but everyone I talked to was understanding, kind, and helpfull. My order was everything I had hoped it would be, and I would definitely be willing to share this website to anyone who askes me about body pillows.
