First order I place from this online store, prompted by the wide selection and the fact that it seems to be based in Europe. Ordered an inner body pillow and a body pillow case.... Very good quality for both although the peachskin of the pillow case is a bit rougher compared to other peachskin dakimakuras I own. The inner body pillow was shipped from Europe and arrived in a few days while the pillow case arrived from China almost a month after shipping... I consider myself lucky that it even arrived and that I didn't have any problems with customs or have to pay customs duties or anything. For the future I don't think I will place any more orders unless it is clearly stated if what I am buying is shipped from the Schengen area or not.

Never received item. After a month an half no updates. Order has been stuck at the “shipping facility” for a month. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to my Order as I’ve been searching for the design everywhere.

Very poor

Never received item. After a month an half no updates. Order has been stuck at the “shipping facility” for a month. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to my Order as I’ve been searching for the design everywhere.

Hi Hjem, we checked your order and noticed that it has been succesfully delivered on the 5th of January. We're very sorry for the late delivery, we shipped some orders later than usual because of the fire we had at our factory at the end of November and the holiday season is always busy. Despite the delay we hope you're happy with your order!
