The support was very effective and Tania from customer service was very kind. The only negative aspect was that it took almost 1 month to get a solution to the issue. However in the end every thing was solved and I am fully satisfied.

It was such a good experience buying furniture and lightings from MOHD. Aleandra was carefully dealing with my order and all the items arrived at my new home nice and safely.

The sales was very responsive during my product enquiry stage. I was a bit hesitant to purchase high value furniture via oversea online shop at the beginning. But their responsiveness and attentive to details gave me confidence to finally make the order. The timeline for the made-to-order furniture to warehouse was shorter than I expected. Moreover I got a pleasant surprise by being upgraded to air freight shipping! I am so happy to receive my dream armchair in such short period of time and better pricing!

I made an order in MOHD in November 2023. The webpage showed that it was expected to be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. However, I did not receive the work until April 2024. During the process, I kept urging and asking about the progress, but I was never able to get the estimated delivery date. It was not until February that I finally received a notification from DHL that the goods would be shipped, but the goods were withdrawn because the base was damaged. After constant urging, I would like to thank Susanna for her patience and replying to my emails in time every time, although she could not keep track of the shipment progress. In early April, I finally received a shipment notification from DHL, but after receiving the goods, the base was damaged again. At this time, Tania from the Mohd after-sales department took over the processing, and I finally received the replacement base in late May. The whole process went back and forth with more than 100 emails to track the progress, and I almost thought I had encountered an online scam. Thanks to the two MOHD staff members, Susanna and Tania, if it were not for their good service, I would only give MOHD one star due to severe delays in delivery and no firm delivery date can be given.

I purchased a set of Fermob terrace chairs and table from MOHD in Messina for our Sicilian holiday home, one chair arrived damaged. Silvia at MOHD has been terrific in arranging for a replacement chair from Fermob, quite an effort, given that we are English, Fermob is large French company and delivery was in Sicily. Silvia handled everything entirely professionally in her dealings with Fermob and with me. She briefed Fermob on the issues so that Fermob could understand the exact nature of the damage and Fermob reacted as the reputable company they are by replacing the chair. A problem, professionally handled leading to success! Thank you once again MOHD. I cannot recommend MOHD highly enough , they are very professional, helpful and a delight to deal with.

Normalmente quando acquisto on line, prendo preventivamente atto delle recensioni con 1 stella... Nonostante la percentuale non proprio bassissima delle lamentele, ho dato fiducia ai tempi di consegna dichiarati nel sito (5gg lavorativi) ed ho effettuato l'ordine di una Lampada Artemide la sera alle ore 23 del 30 ottobre (prefestivo). Con mia sorpresa ho ricevuto l'oggetto stamattina, 3 novembre alle ore 11. Un grazie particolare va alla sig.na Marilena, che con estrema disponibilità nel rispondere prontamente e con professionalità, si è prodigata, tenendomi costantemente informato, per la soluzione di un piccolo problema da me creato. Assolutamente da consigliare per serietà e tempi di consegna

Ho ordinato 2 articoli con consegna gratuita, uno dei 2 ha subito ritardi di consegna c/o i loro magazzini, avendo urgenza di riceverne uno disponibile entro Natale, si sono immediatamente attivati con consegna DHL Express per l’articolo disponibile senza chiedermi spese di consegna per dover effettuare 2 spedizioni . Successivamente ho avuto problemi con la consegna con DHL e l’assistenza clienti e’ prontamente intervenuta a risolvere il problema. Molto soddisfatta dell’assistenza, super consigliato! Bravi!
