the web diaplay the light is in the stock. Mohd team told me no stock for this light aftet I placed the order, and it will be arroved after half of month at least. it's terrbile..

The items are shown as being in stock but when you order they announce a 4 month delay

If you think Mohd is just a seller of genuine stuff please do not miss their after sales service. Their perfect after sales service has impressed me since I took a small stuff in 2011. When my Flos floor lamp went out by its power supply from Mohd Italy, I asked help to Mohd for a new power supply. The answer was very quick within a few days and a new power supply was introdued without delay. More than ten years, I have always been satisfied with their real stuff and after sales service. I strongly recommed Mohd when you need any genuine design stuff and after sales service.

Item described as in stock and then once purchased, is required to be ordered, with no ETA. Called the hotline and was told to expect an email that never arrived. #issue now resolved

It’s not helpful in Taiwan

I specially appreciated my experience with Mohd for the great customer service. There was a small issue with the item I bought and the team was very quick to organise a replacement. I'm pleased with the item and will be shopping with them again.

Ordered three items. Three of theme were immediately available, the third one would be available in three months. Got in touch with customer service, asking them to ship the items that were already available and telling them they could charge me the extra shipping costs for the remaining item. Customer service emailed me right away and they also offered to pay for the extra shipping costs. I received the items in less than three days (domestic shipping from Italy to Italy). I'm totally satisfied. MOHD has become my reference point for design-related e commerce.
