Your responsiveness has been fantastic and greatly appreciated and the first thing I remember. Also product selection and fair pricing is also noted. Two things could make my buying experience better: 1. Offer a prepaid taxes & duty option to international shipping; and 2. A solution to the inability to North American (i.e., at least Canadian) credit cards as I must make purchase through PayPal. This is not a great inconvenience now but for first-time users it's an obstacle until one is able to find the solution.

The website was clear and easy to navigate and to order from, however I was not very pleased with the minimum order value as I had to buy more items than I wanted to to obtain the item I really needed. If buying from the UK, the customs clearance is a pain and involves additional charges, Finally, information from the carriers (both on the German and English sides - different carriers) was non-existent. Thankfully there was a link on the supplier's order confirmation and I had to chase up myself.

Delivery was on little longer side, but still fine. I was informed about shipping with working tracking, which is very nice. Bike arrived assembled and well packed in box box, without any damage. There was issue with package, but eshop fault as screw holes werent retapped after painiting, in combination with low quality screws caused one of the screw to get stuck and snap, which is quite annoying with brand new bike. Other then that, satisfied.

The size of the shoes fits exactly as indicated, the shoes are wide enough on the foot and do not constrict the foot. I wear size EU36/37 (22cm foot) and these shoes in size EU38 fit perfectly. The toe of the shoe and the entire shoe in general are solid and you don't feel a simple trip at all and your toes are protected. In terms of design, the shoes are nice. A very good purchase for the price of €30.

I bought a wheelset and lots of smaller things, and they all came exactly as ordered. I live in Denmark and ordered Wednesday and i had the packet following Monday. If you want to become better, you should start creating video guides for your products and let customers add reviews for each product. I also really like if a product text is detailed and not just empty marketing.

Huge product choices, you'll find what you're looking for and at an excelente price, however can¡t give the 5* just because the delivery delays are really not great...order preparation itself takes a lot of time, so it's not only carrier related delays, it's on Bike Discount itself. Other then this minor issue everything else as been great so far.

I have ordered from Bike Discount who are based in Germany because every supplier available online in Spain are useless. Some small items were missing from the package received, but bikediscount immediately sent the missing items, and the postage was at their expense. We arranged everything quickly and easily. Delivery was quick and easy. A big contrast to the bike24 site who are terrible. Whenever you want to order something, ask bikediscount!

I have used bike discount for years and its actually the best i have ever used for quality of product and service. I have been cycling for 30 years and i recommend this company to anybody. The only negative is the postage cost outside of Germany is a little higher than some competitors. That is the only small downside.

The price of bikes compared to competition are really good - lower. I would recommend to be at least a bit flexible when it comes to adjusting your offered bikes with some component for another one. E.g possibility to change the brand and type of brakes or to switch the saddle or crankset…

After several years of experience no problems whatsoever. Correct stock info, correct products delivered, fast delivery. Perhaps the only small concern is that the selection in some product groups is not as wide as some competitors have. However, it has not been a show stopper for me so far.

Great prices and a good range. Some discount sites only have xxxl in luminous pink or something equally obscure, but bike discount actually have a proper range Return postage from Ireland could be a bit easier, I started a return and the website didn't actually give me a return address

Really great assortiment. Fast response if you have a question about a product or solution if something must be replaced. Always fair if you need information. I bought a the new Radon Render in 2020 and the never disappointed me. Not the bike and not the bikediscount shop.

Definitely a possitive review, the bike is awesome and I like it a lot, but two things I didn't like at first - some spokes on the rear wheel was not tightened and the wheel was imbalanced, also the rear derailleur has not been set and the gears was not working properly.

I've bought from bike-discount.de several times. Their prices are competitive, and catalogue is clear and easily searchable. My experiences with their customer service have been positive too - friendly and proactive to deal with any issues and questions.

The Purchase was hassle free, the site was very clear on when the good were to eb in stock and they were spot on. Accurate communication and the delivery was timely, it actually came in 2 days earlier which is always welcome. Will surely use them again.

Quick delivery, good prices. Only one thing, my phone number was not provided to local delivery service and they could not contact me by phone, as they always do. Please provide phone number to local delivery service in final destination country.

Purchased many things over years. Up to 1000.- euros Mainly to poor choices in local shops. Purchases were all as advertised, no faff, fast shipping and very good prices. Never has to warranty anything but I suppose it would also be hassle free.
