There is nothing not to like about 'gardens4you.ie'. The plants were so fresh looking. The service was fast. The packing really impressed me as they not only had such a strong box, but it was divided so as to protect the more fragile plants.On top of this the prices were great, but something that I really, really appreciated (because I am a bit of a novice on plants & don't know one from another ) was the fact that for each plant that I had purchased, they enclosed a sheet explaining exactly how to plant each item along with a photo so that I knew which was which.Before I got my parcel I was thinking that I would have to go back on the website to see which plant was which and what to do with it, but this page saved me all of that bother, so I was delighted to find this sheet enclosed.I definitely give this company full marks all round and am saving up to buy some more plants.

In the last order, I received two plants. one of which was not the plant I ordered. When I told customer service at Gardens4You, they said the plant was the right one, just the light made it look different. When I was still unhappy (knowing plants as well as I do and growing them for well over 60 years, an agent wrote that they would talk to their manager. This was well over a week ago and no further word received. I am tremendously disappointed in what I previously thought was a great nursery. I think telling me I was in error in quite a casual way was nothing less than an insult. Because the quality of the plant I was happy with was good, I thought it only fair to give some stars. I'm sad that I will never biuy from them again. I also, by the way, pointed out some mislabelling on their sales pages, for instance the photo supposed to be Chlorophytum 'Bonnie' was patently not it. You can see this for yourself, as they haven't bothered to change anything, whether this is arrogance or stupidity, I cannot decide.

Amazing plants and good service. I ordered a lovely cherry tree and a pack of lavender plants that arrived with no problems. However, I also ordered two Astilbe arendsii Fiery Red that I didn't realize were sold as bare roots, when I was expecting the plant. It is true that it is my own fault for not noticing that, but I find that the photo on the web is misleading as it is a picture of the plant. It is said in a corner of the pic that it is coming as a bare root, but at that moment I didn't see it! Also I don't know if one of the roots will come out ahead because it came a little damaged. I will read carefully next time, hope this helps you in your orders as well!

I love the website and everything is described well. I was a little naive to expect my plants would arrive somewhat grown, but they are just bulbs. I'd like to have seen this on the site. The information sheet that arrived with my items was an A4 printout in black and white and not as well presented as their site. I kept having to refer back to the site before planting. Also, I wasn't sure if I should submerge the whole bulb in the ground or leave the start of growth peeping out and no-where could I find information on that. All will be fine once my garden looks fab in a few months I hope.

The customer support is amazing! Something going wrong is always possible so in the end it's all about how they handle it and I am pleased. I ordered twice from them now. In my first order, one of the plants where badly damaged and they sent a replacement. The 2nd time, 2 of the pots did not survive the journey but they refunded me so all good. I might made it sound like they don't have a good packaging but I think they do. It's full of padding and a sign to keep the box upright. I think the damage was due to poor handling of the delivery guy not the fault of garden4you.

Good packaging. Luckily you had elastic around the hydrangea pots as the delivery man had the box upside down ! The Hy marieseii recovered once watered. Host as potted up and I’m just waiting for new shoots. 🤞🤞🤞 I would have loved a plant stick label to stick in my pots. Made my own, though not pretty, they’ll do the job. Now that delivery and packaging concerns are allayed I look forward to ordering again in the future. Many thanks. Mary

Well-packed, healthy plants Blue petunias pictured as blue arrived dark purple so not fit for purpose Hosta plant size disappointing- three leaved plant Pack of three phlox contained just two plants I understood this was an Irish company with Irish plants however it is European consequently delivery was slower than expected Wouldn't shop here qgain

When I purchased on line I was thinking if I buy flowers and they post them they be damged from the moveing around so when the post man droped of the parsel i couldnt believe how perfect they were you think they grow in my own garden they were in perfect condition and so beautiful I will be shopping with them again

Delivered within 4 days delighted with that, and 4 out of the 6 plants where super. But 2 of my hydrangeas where a bit tired looking ,and no side shuts on them I will have my work cut out for me But this is the first time I have used them. And I’m really impressed I WILL USE THEM AGAIN

Great products, exactly as shown in pictures. Delivered when they said they would too. Only reason for losing a star was because one of the plastic pots was broken, most likely during transport. Plants were in perfect condition and were wrapped to protect from spilt soil (luckily!)

I get all my plants, trees and bulbs here and I can't recommend this shop enough. Everything is always packaged very neatly and plants are always very healthy and true to description. To Ireland, they usually arrive within 5 days of ordering.

The order took a little longer than said so I was worried about health. Some plants arrived with the root stem showing due to lack of compost. But all plants seem healthy and I would expect them to grow. The website was very easy to use
