I have no hesitation recommending this company.A couple of plants in the order had not travelled well due to extreme low temperatures during transit.I sent an email with accompanying photos and got a prompt reply with a choice of refund or replacement. My perfectly healthy replacement plants arrived a week later.Fantastic customer service - prompt, efficient and professional. The new plants are gorgeous. I will definitely use Gardens4You again.
Received my order last week..I immediately emailed to complain but as of yet have not received a reply.. The 4 shrubs and the flowers I received are dead or dying..If they were in a bargain box in a shop I wouldn't give them a second glance. I paid €40 for this lot plus €10 delivery. I understood they would be small and not in full flower as their website show BUT did not expect a load of dried out dead plants. Extremely disappointed.

If you would kindly send your email to customerservice@gardens4you.ie we will be happy to assist you. The deciduous plants do look normal for the time of year, they will grow leaves in Spring. Hemerocallis bare roots should be planted a couple of inches below the soil in a large pot, or the ground. Perennial plants are covered by the growing guarantee, if they fail to grow in the growing season, they will be refunded or replaced.

We're sorry to hear you didn't receive your parcel yet, apologies for the delay. We tracked the parcel, and it will be registered in Ireland shortly, there was a delay with DPD because of the freezing temperatures and snow in the Netherlands. If there are any issues with the plants when you receive them, please send photos to customerservice@gardens4you.ie, so we can arrange something for your guarantee. Apologies again for the delay.

DPD Dublin North West mark the parcel as delivered on 20/2/2021 at 10:44am.
If you didn't take delivery of the parcel, and they haven't left it with a neighbour, please contact us at customerservice@gardens4you.ie as soon as possible, so we can solve the issue.

Due to the freezing temperatures last week we were unable to ship your parcel. We informed everybody this affected via email. It is possible that the email ended up in your junk/deleted items box. The parcel was shipped yesterday, and will arrive soon. You will have received an automatically generated email with your tracking code on, if you don't have it please check the junk/deleted items box. If it isn't there please contact us so we can assist you further.
Delighted with purchases arrived healthy and well packed and protected . Have bought a few things and they always arrive in good order and as expected sometimes better than expected .
