It took longer than expected to receive my results but I was happy with the report.

I ordered two kits over two months ago and still have not received them or received any response to my email asking for a refund due.

A lot of reading shortening would be great all I wanted to k ow is what I maybe allergic too all the things I should be eating I do so iam a little confused how come they wasn’t picked up

Emails with instructions and results were prompt. Sensitivity test results were comprehensive. Emails went to junk folder so remember to check there or add to contacts.

Test results doesn't really tell me what I really needed to know, the results are very random not what I was looking for unfortunately

I don’t recall reading that the tests are sent to the UK and I haven’t heard anything since sending around 4 weeks ago

Quite enlightening results. The process took about 3 weeks total. I would definitely recommend

Stop lying, took a lot longer than you 1st suggested. I was under the impression that the lab was in Australia but was sent to the UK instead. I know I have a reaction to kiwi fruit but your test said there was no reaction at all. Starting to think I've wasted my time and money.

You advertise as australia but it isn’t You give us an envelope saying it goes to nsw saying that result will arrive within 5 days instead the parcel goes to Sydney then to the uk then to a laboratory Takes months to have the result

They never provided my results and just refunded me. Waste of time.

What experience. I haven’t had any reults yet and it has been weeks

Didn't get mt test kit

Slow, poor communication, inaccurate website The test is sent to the UK if you are in Australia - they don’t tell you this. So it takes a LOOOONNNGG time. And then the results weren’t sent through to me - some sort of technical glitch. Nobody contacted me, it was left to me to follow up, then when I did they went “so sorry”. Not sure about the results themselves. They seem interesting, but mostly point to a severe allergic reaction to something they didn’t test for, so not especially helpful. But not their fault. Otherwise the allergies seem accurate to what I already knew. The intolerances are interesting, I will have to see if they are on point. But mostly my bad review is due to the poor information and very delayed service. Should do better.,

I was so happy to have sent away to have both my dogs tested, it was easy and Totally worth the money, I would never have found out that one of my dogs are very sensitive to Beef ! And I always thought he was fussy , not wanting to eat home cooked meals , but he wasn’t, fussy he was trying to tell me it didn’t agree with him 🥲 , there. are lots more things that don’t agree with them both, and now I know , I can avoid those things . I am so happy with the results and lots of information, don’t hesitate, you will be happy you did it.
