easy at home test. they didn't send a return envelope for the blood allergy test as stated and i asked for it and they just sent another kit without return envelope. the results are okay, some things i'm like that's not accurate but some things ring true to how i'm feeling. although igg and ige tests are not 100% accurate, it also depends what you've eaten around that time too which can influence what the blood test says. anyway it's not bad. good way to find out some things about your allergies or sensitivities.

I ordered a test in November 2021. Since then I have contacted Allergy AUstralia via their chat line and via email a dozen times. Each time I am promised my issue will be escalated and I will be contacted by a supervisor. I never have. I am also sent the same auto email to fill in my order details and reason for refund.... I have filled this in exactly as requested 7 times and have never received a refund. This is an amount of AU $250. The chat people have been useless. I am asked "what's your order number" and then am told to send an email to info@allergytest.co to which I never hear back. The lab is not in Australia and there is no call centre number. This is a total scam.

I am pleased to confirm our team reached out on multiple occasions, including our customer service manager, however, we did not receive a response from you, and new tickets were being opened, which our team did respond to assist you. Your refund was completed by our accounts team with no problems.

This is not a company based in Australia. It took weeks for my test to arrive, customer service was terrible and overnight responses only being passed around to a different person each time. I asked for a refund multiple times before my product was finally sent and was ignored. I paid for quick results only to find out that the samples are sent to the UK for testing and so you have to wait for local and internationally delivery times before your test is even received so the rapid results is a complete waste of money and it’s difficult to trust the results when you do get them. I would not recommend this company to family or friends. Pay a little extra and go with a company that has testing centers in Aus and better customer service.

I have been waiting since October for a blood test to be done. I was told you were going to send another test kit and I have never received one. This service is very very very slow

As per our team's email correspondence with you, this was on hold due to an invalid address being provided and our distribution system being unable to send. In addition to this, the order was placed on hold due to a PayPal dispute being opened by the customer, and our team is unable to dispatch an order when the order is on hold. Investigating further, I can see a full refund was provided by our team prior to leaving your review.

I received an email saying that there was not enough blood so they offered to send another kit…3 weeks ago! I have sent follow up emails which have gone unanswered.

Our labs have not yet received your sample, leading us to believe this has been lost in the mail on its way to us.
