The experience was good however I know I am gluten intolerant and nothing showed up. Really disappointed, I thought this test may help change my uncomfortableness. Everything I seem to be in high % I don’t even hardly eat. Waste of money for me…sorry

Very slow to get received email, inquiry emails and Facebook messages don’t get answered. Feels like a scam. Much dearer than other companies. Didn’t respond to an email about troubleshooting. Multiple people online state the same issues.

The allergy test results were for my staffy and the results were not what I expected for example it stated that she is highly allergic to green tea an other stuff that humans are allergic to she is a dog.

I havent recieved my results or an answer as to where it's up to, I've emailed multiple times with no response.

We sent in 2 hair samples weeks ago. No communication. We have tried the tracking number with no results.

Didn’t receive all of my items and found communication extremely delayed and poor

The process was easy and the results were great, they validated some of the existing things I had thought. Very comprehensive report, highlights food, non food, vitamin deficiencies and hormone which is awesome. Since getting it back I have started addressing the deficiencies and looking forward to improving my bodies health. The only thing they should make clearer is when you mail your sample, you only have to pay for the domestic mailing. I was a little confused as they kept mentioning international shipping kind of irrelevant as they onsend to their UK lab do you don’t really need to know that other than the UK lab will process the results.

Can’t really judge until I see the results… Would like to see postage included as I had to go to the post office to buy a 1x postage stamp.

Look it does take longer than expected but you do get the results. They have been very helpful and easy to contact.

The results were quite confusing. For example, it stated my dog was highly sensitive in some types of food & my thoughts was to remove them from her diet where I can. But under nutritional balances it says she is lacking in certain requirements, but they form part of the foods that she has a higher sensitivity to.

delivery took longer than expected but not the company's fault as they shipped same day. The results came really fast just 2 days after they got my sample. My mum is now also doing the testing because my experience was so good
